Market Research and Analysis
• Research and analyze statistical data and information regarding China Travel in the travel services that affect China Travel CA Inc.’s services and marketing strategies and prepare reports on industry China Travel.
• Select and design research methods, collecting, researching and analyzing statistical data regarding the market China Travel in travel services and the immerging demand for new services.
• Gather competitors’ data and analyze competitors’ service prices and methods of marketing and distribution. 
• Research and analyze the business increase of travel services and immigration related services
• Compare business volume of travel services with those in U.S. and advise the geographic marketing focus for China Travel CA Inc. in the next three to five years.
Marketing Strategy Optimization/Planning
• Keep track of China Travel CA Inc.’s internal marketing information collection system and evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing strategies.
• Design surveys and questionnaires to assess customer preferences for new services and preparing reports.
• Make suggestion to management regarding relocation of marketing resources based on projected variation in business China Travel from existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare the management for formulating competitive marketing strategies and plans.
Optimization and Analyzing Customers’ Traveling Preference and Habits
• Analyzing customers’ travel preference and habits through various data and survey in order to come up with recommended travel destinations 
• Draft research reports on recommended travel destinations that are benefit customers well beings
• Provide travel consultation to customers in order increase their well beings
• Discover new travel destinations that would improve customers’ wellness
