Management Trainee Jersey City Store
Job Location: 420 Grand St, Jersey City, NJ 07302
99 Ranch Market is one of the largest Asian supermarket chains in the United States, with over 42 store locations in California, Nevada, Texas, Washington State and New Jersey! In order to support our expanding blueprint, we are now seeking for candidates either have former retail grocery experiences or being energetic and have the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment to join our Management Trainee Program.
Minimum Qualifications:
Prefer to have experienced a minimum of 1 year retail management experience
Bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus!
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented and organized nature
Prioritizes tasks to maximize the efficiency of team
Takes initiative to accomplish all set goals
Great customer service skills
Leads and motivates the team by setting a good example
The desire for career growth within the company
Willing to relocate if necessary
Working on weekends, holidays, or rotating schedule may be required
